How do I order your products?
If you would like to order one of our products that we would create for you, such as, custom railings, skylights, facades, etc. Please contact us by phone, fax, or email. We would want the dimensions, a picture or pictures of the project, any drawings, and any other pertinent information. Our estimating department will review the information, quote the project, and contact you.
What is the standard delivery time on products?
Custom projects vary depending on our current work load, on where the project is located, if we will be performing the installation, lead times, etc. Please refer to the schedule on each quote and work with the project manager for updates.
How can I purchase printed reference materials, such as MacFarlane’s Catalog, Ancient Ironworks, etc?
Please contact us via phone, fax or email and we would be happy to assist you. We accept Visa or MasterCard. We can ship to anywhere in the continental US (excludes PO Boxes). Contact us for current publication pricing.

Where are you located?
We are located in beautiful West Jordan, Utah which is located 15 miles southwest of Salt Lake City.
Do you work outside of Utah?
The majority of our work is completed outside the state of Utah.

How do I get a quote on a custom project?

What kind of materials do you primarily work with?
Bronze, Aluminum, Cast Iron, and Steel.
Can we make changes to any of your designs?
You can alter the dimensions, metals, finishes, or anything else you would like to. In the case of changing the dimensions or look of the product, we would need to retool these to create patterns that accommodate the new design. You make all the decisions on your project. We are custom fabricators and can produce the finest work available.
What types of finishes do you offer?
We do a wide variety of finishes including painted and patina finishes. We have the capability to customize the finishes to fit any application and will send color samples for approval before completing the project. Samples can be made to match existing finishes.
Do you send samples?
We do send samples for approval once a quotation/contract is signed and the terms to begin the project have been met.
Is installation included with all purchases?
Installation can be included in the original quote if requested. Some of our customers use their own contractors to do the installation, and some choose to have us send out our installers.
