PRODUCT / ORDER INQUIRIES

1. How do I order your products?

There are two ways in which you can order our products. These vary depending on what you would like to order.

If you would like a product from our Signature Collection (ex. Frank Lloyd Wright House Numbers, Jarvie Candlesticks, etc.) you may place an order via fax, phone, email, or by using the feedback form in our “contact us” section. Please have the name of what you would like to purchase, the quantity, and if needed please list the finish you would like. Please include a Visa or MasterCard number, including expiration date and a shipping address (no PO boxes).

If you would like to order one of the products that we would create for you, such as, custom railings, skylights, facades, etc. You would want to contact us by phone, fax, or email. We would want the dimensions, a picture or pictures of the project, any drawings, and any other pertinent information. We will then send your information to our estimating department where they will quote the project and contact you with the information.

2. What is the standard delivery time on products?

Depending on what you have ordered the delivery time varies. Any of our signature collection products (ex. Frank Lloyd Wright House numbers, Jarvie Candlesticks, etc.) often ship the very day you order because the products are on hand. All of our Signature Collection products ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified, the standard delivery time is 5-7 business days. The custom projects however vary depending on our current work load, where the project is located, if we will be performing the installation, lead times, etc.

3. How can I purchase printed reference materials, such as MacFarlane’s Catalog, Ancient Ironworks, etc?

Like purchasing anything from our Signature Collection (ex. Frank Lloyd Wright House numbers, Jarvie Candlesticks, etc.) we would need you to phone, fax or email what you would like to receive, a Visa or MasterCard with expiration date, and shipping address (no PO boxes).
Prices on the website do not include shipping.

GENERAL COMPANY INQUIRIES

4. Where are you located?

We are located in beautiful West Jordan, Utah which is located 15 miles southwest of Salt Lake City.

5. Do you work outside of Utah?

The majority of our work is shipped outside the state of Utah.

6. Do you have any reps located nationwide?

Currently we are establishing a representative network around the country. At this time we only have representation in the Midwest. All other inquiries can be handled directly through our office.

8. How do I request a brochure?

You may request a brochure by phone, fax or email. We also have an online brochure request form on our contact page.

9. Do you accept credit cards?

We accept MasterCard and Visa and also accept check payments.

CUSTOM / LARGE SCALE PROJECT INQUIRIES

10. How do I get a quote on a custom project?

You can contact the office by phone, fax, or email. In the case of custom projects, please provide quantities, dimensions, materials, finishes, pictures, and/or drawings. On projects we have already built prior please include the cut sheet numbers (ex. LF103, RL003, etc). The more information we have, the more accurate we can be on our quotes.

11. What kind of materials do you primarily work with?


Bronze, Aluminum, Iron, and Steel.

12. Can we make changes to any of your designs?

You can alter the dimensions, metals, finishes, or anything else you would like to. In the case of changing the dimensions or look of the product, we would need to retool these to create patterns that accommodate the new design. You make all the decisions on your project. We are custom fabricators and can produce the finest work available.

13. What types of finishes do you offer?

We do a wide variety of finishes including painted and patina finishes. We have the capability to customize the finishes to fit any application and will send color samples for approval before completing the project. Samples can be made to match existing finishes.

14. Do you send samples?

We do send samples for approval once a quotation/contract is signed and the terms to begin the project have been met.

15. Is installation included with all purchases?

Installation can be included in the original quote if requested. Some of our customers use their own contractors to do the installation, and some choose to have us send out our installers.
